WeChat (Chinese: 微信, Wēixìn) is a popular messaging and social networking app developed by Tencent. It not only allows users to send messages, make calls, and share photos/videos, but also integrates many other features such as mobile payments (WeChat Pay), shopping, and access to various services through “Mini Programs”.

WARRANTY POLICY

All accounts are provided for advertising, clean seeding, and other purposes that do not violate the laws of Vietnam or other countries. Strictly prohibited uses include fraud, pornography, insulting individuals or organizations, and any other illegal activities. If violated intentionally, all funds will be deducted, the customer will be permanently banned from the system, and must take full legal responsibility. We are not responsible for any illegal use of accounts by customers purchasing from the website. We will provide information of violating customers (login IP, username, password, etc.) when requested by law enforcement authorities.

Warranty policy: 1-for-1 replacement within 24 hours from the purchase time for accounts with incorrect passwords or accounts that were locked/dead before purchase. No warranty after successful login or after the account has been used.

Customers are responsible for securing their own account information, such as changing or adding 2FA, password, phone number, recovery email, linked email, etc.

No warranty for accounts restricted due to dirty/bad IP during login.

For WeChat accounts with the “People Nearby” feature (Male/Female):
No warranty for accounts that have already been restricted, reported by others regarding the “People Nearby” feature, spammed friend requests, or sent greetings/messages to more than 20 friends within 7 days after login.

For the WeChat QR Scan account creation service:
Warranty is valid for 3 hours after successful QR code scan confirmation.
