Seller Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and legality
- Provide accurate and truthful product descriptions
- Honor warranty commitments
- Accept legal responsibility for illegal products
- Resolve buyer complaints promptly
BM88.io Responsibilities
- Provide stable and secure technical infrastructure
- Protect users’ personal information
- Hold transaction funds during the warranty period (2–3 days) to protect buyers
- Assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers
- Enforce violations according to the Terms of Service
- Cooperate with authorities when legally required
