Seller Terms & Compliance Policy – BM88.IO

Article 1: Seller Responsibilities

When registering as a seller on BM88.IO, you agree to comply with the following obligations:

Provide Accurate Information

Sellers must provide complete and accurate personal information, including phone number, Facebook social media link, and Telegram link during registration. Any false or inaccurate information may result in rejection or revocation of seller status.

Ensure Product Quality

All products must match the description and quality promised by the seller. Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy of all product information listed on the platform.

Deliver Products as Promised

Sellers must deliver products, including accounts, activation codes, or digital goods, within the committed timeframe and exactly as described in the order. The maximum processing time is 24 hours from the time the order is received.

Provide Customer Support

Sellers are required to respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints within a reasonable timeframe, with a maximum response time of 72 hours. Sellers must not ignore customers or refuse support without a valid reason.

Protect Buyer Information

Sellers are strictly prohibited from collecting, using, or sharing buyers’ personal information for any purpose outside transactions conducted on the platform.

Comply with BM88.IO Marketplace Rules and Terms

Sellers must strictly comply with all regulations, policies, and terms of the BM88.IO e-commerce marketplace.


Article 2: Prohibited Products

The following products and services are strictly prohibited on the BM88.IO platform:

Illegal Substances & Drugs

All types of drugs, addictive substances, and drug precursors.

Weapons & Explosive Materials

Weapons, support tools, explosives, flammable substances, and radioactive materials.

Illegal Accounts

Stolen or illegally traded bank accounts, e-wallets, and credit cards. Social media accounts obtained through unauthorized access or used for identity impersonation.

Malicious Software

Viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, cracked software, hacking tools, surveillance software, or any product intended to cause damage or unauthorized access.

Unauthorized Personal Data

Lists of personal information such as passports, SSN numbers, phone numbers, emails, or addresses that have been collected illegally or in violation of personal data protection laws.

Counterfeit Money & Fake Documents

Counterfeit money, forged documents such as driver’s licenses, certificates, diplomas, fake invoices, or any forged legal documents.

Adult Content & Gambling

Pornographic content, gambling, online betting, or any content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

Fraudulent Services

All forms of fraud, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, “get rich quick” services, or any service promising unrealistic profits are strictly prohibited.

Note: Selling prohibited products will result in permanent account suspension and retention of the entire account balance.


Article 3: Product Listing Rules

All products listed on BM88.IO must comply with the following rules to ensure the best possible buyer experience.

Honest Product Descriptions

Product titles and descriptions must be clear, accurate, and not misleading. Clickbait titles or false descriptions are strictly prohibited.

Accurate Product Images

Product images must accurately represent the actual product. Fake, overly edited, or copied images from other sources are not allowed.

Fair Pricing

Product prices must reflect the true value of the product. Fake pricing, inflated pricing, or price manipulation to create false promotional effects is prohibited.

Review Before Display

All new products must be reviewed by an administrator before being publicly displayed. The maximum review time is 24 business hours.

Inventory Management

Sellers must regularly update their inventory to avoid selling more items than they actually have available. Out-of-stock products must be hidden or marked as unavailable in a timely manner.


Article 4: Financial Policy

The following rules apply to commissions, payments, and withdrawals for sellers on BM88.IO.

Commission Fees

The platform charges a commission fee on each successful transaction. The specific commission rate is displayed in the seller management section and may be changed with 7 days’ prior notice.

Payment Holding Period

After an order is completed, the payment will remain in Payment on Hold status for the required period before being transferred to the seller’s withdrawable balance.

Withdrawals

Sellers may withdraw funds from their account balance according to the platform’s withdrawal process. The minimum withdrawal amount and withdrawal fees, if any, are specified on the withdrawal page.

Refunds & Complaints

If a customer files a valid complaint and the order is refunded, the refund amount will be deducted from the seller’s balance. Sellers have the right to respond to complaints before a final decision is made.


Article 5: Dispute Resolution

The following process applies to disputes between sellers and buyers.

Step 1: Direct Negotiation

The seller and buyer should communicate directly through the platform’s chat system to resolve the issue. The negotiation period is 72 hours from the time the dispute arises.

Step 2: Platform Intervention

If no agreement is reached, either the buyer or seller may create a dispute request. The administrator will review the evidence and issue a decision within 72 hours.

Step 3: Final Decision

The administrator’s decision shall be the final decision on the platform.

Evidence

In all disputes, BM88.IO will rely on specific evidence such as screenshots, transaction logs, and chat messages to make a fair decision. Sellers are advised to keep transaction evidence for protection.


Article 6: Violation Handling Measures

BM88.IO applies penalties depending on the severity of the violation.

Right to Appeal

Sellers have the right to appeal a violation decision within 7 days from the date of notification. Appeals will be reviewed by the senior administration department.


Article 7: Intellectual Property & Copyright

Sellers must comply with intellectual property laws and all related regulations.

No Trademark Infringement

The unauthorized use of third-party logos, brand names, or registered trademarks is strictly prohibited. Violations will be handled in accordance with intellectual property laws.

Copyrighted Content

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that digital products, including software, accounts, and license keys, are legally distributed and that they have the right to resell them.

Copyright Complaint Process

Intellectual property rights owners may submit takedown requests for infringing products. BM88.IO will process such requests within 72 business hours.


Compliance Commitment

By registering as a seller on BM88.IO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all seller terms, rules, and policies stated above.

BM88.IO reserves the right to update these terms with 7 days’ prior notice.
