When listing products on BM88.IO, sellers must ensure that all products comply with BM88.IO rules and do not violate the Terms of Use. Please carefully review the list below.
Prohibited / Restricted Items
Bank Cards & Accounts
All types of credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, and accounts used to create virtual cards are prohibited.
Personal Information
Identity documents, email accounts, and social media accounts obtained through hacking, phishing, or any illegal activity are prohibited.
Illegal Products
VPS services, software keys, or digital products obtained through stolen bank accounts or any unauthorized activity are prohibited.
Cracked Software / Malicious Code
Unlicensed software or software containing malicious code that may harm users is strictly prohibited.
SIM Cards & Phone Numbers
Physical SIM cards and virtual phone numbers from all carriers are prohibited.
Illegal Documents
Digital documents, e-books, or electronic publications containing illegal content are prohibited.
Seller Rules
Language & Behavior
Sellers are prohibited from using vulgar, hostile, or offensive language that may negatively affect other stores.
Contact Information
Sellers must not post personal information or external contact methods outside the platform’s system.
Images & Content
Offensive, controversial, or intellectual property–infringing images and content are prohibited.
Customer Refunds
If a refund request is not handled within 72 hours, the system may automatically refund the customer.
Product Warranty
All warranty claims must be handled directly through the BM88.IO warranty system. Warranty support through external channels is not allowed.
General Rules for Users
No Exploitation of System Errors
Users are strictly prohibited from exploiting or abusing bugs on the platform. If you discover a system error, please report it to the support team.
No System Sabotage
Any attempt to damage the website, stores, or negatively affect other users is strictly prohibited.
Violation Penalties
Violations of the Terms of Use may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Store removal
- Account restrictions
- Account suspension or deletion
- Compensation claims

Role of BM88.IO as an Intermediary Platform
BM88.IO operates as an intermediary e-commerce platform.
Technical Infrastructure Provider
BM88.IO provides the technology infrastructure that allows buyers and sellers to conduct transactions. We are not the direct seller of the products.
Payment Holding Protection
Transaction funds are held for 3 days after delivery to protect buyers before being released to sellers.
Dispute Resolution Support
BM88.IO acts as an intermediary to support dispute resolution between buyers and sellers, but does not guarantee responsibility for the final outcome.
No Product Control
BM88.IO does not own, control, or take responsibility for the quality or legality of products provided by sellers.
Responsibilities of Each Party
Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for their own purchasing decisions. Buyers must inspect products during the warranty period, use products for lawful purposes, and comply with applicable laws. Buyers must not use any purchased product for illegal activities.
Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for ensuring product quality and legality. Sellers must provide accurate and honest information, take legal responsibility for any unlawful products sold, and fulfill warranty commitments as stated.
Serious Warning
It is strictly prohibited to use any account purchased from the system for activities that violate international laws.
Users are fully responsible before the law for their own actions and usage. Any account found to be involved in illegal activity may be permanently suspended without prior notice.
Disclaimer
BM88.IO is not responsible for:
- The quality of products provided by sellers.
- Any damage or loss arising from the use of purchased products.
- Any illegal actions committed by buyers or sellers while using the platform.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers that cannot be resolved through the platform’s dispute resolution mechanism.
