Instructions for use:
For standard Gmail, log in with your ID and password, then select the third option "confirm recovery email", then enter the attached recovery email. If you accidentally select a different option, change your browser and try again.

For Gmail with 2FA, log in with your ID and password, then enter the attached key here: 2FA.live to get the code and enter it.
