➤ We do not offer any warranty or take responsibility for accounts (ACC) or Business Managers (BM) after purchase. Customers are responsible for securing their assets within the account to avoid unnecessary disputes later.
➤ All accounts are checked live before being delivered to customers. Accounts that become inactive after login are not eligible for warranty, even if they have not been used.
➤ Password can be changed immediately; however, it is recommended to wait 24 hours before changing to avoid unusual activity (password change is covered under warranty).
➤ Currently, Facebook may require verification via original email/phone number when performing actions such as sharing, receiving pages, BM access, running ads, etc. This is a system feature that cannot be pre-checked, therefore not covered by warranty.
➤ Facebook restrictions may prevent changing passwords, removing devices, deleting old emails/phone numbers, or modifying 2FA immediately. Most accounts still retain original email/phone information in the profile. Buyers typically need to wait 10–25 days (or longer) to fully update account details.
