📍 1. PLATFORM FEES & DEFAULT 5% REVIEW CASHBACK (RATE REFUN)

When creating or editing a Kiosk at partner.bm88.io, vendors must account for two primary financial parameters:

• Category - Fee: Platform commission automatically applied based on the selected product category (e.g., 20%). Fees are deducted only upon successful order completion.

• Rate Refun (Default 5% 5-Star Review Cashback): By default, the system reserves an additional 5% from the order total. When a buyer submits a 5-star positive review for your Kiosk, this 5% is automatically refunded to the buyer as a review cashback reward. Vendors should factor this default 5% allocation into item pricing to maximize profit while building high ratings.

📍 2. INVENTORY & QUALITY CONTROL RULES

1. Non-Duplicate Guarantee: Every delivered credential string must be 100% unique. Reselling the same account credentials to multiple buyers (duplication) will trigger an immediate permanent vendor ban.

2. Accurate Product Descriptions: Kiosk titles and details must strictly match delivered credential formats (e.g., 2FA availability, Original Mail/OGM, follower counts, creation year).

3. Explicit Warranty Policies: Vendors must clearly outline warranty terms (testing window, replacement conditions, and void criteria) inside the Kiosk description.

📍 3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIONS

BM88.IO STRICTLY PROHIBITS the sale of the following items and activities:

• ❌ Stolen Personally Identifiable Information (PII/CC): Stolen credit cards, real ID cards/passports, hacked bank accounts, etc.

• ❌ Malicious Software & Cyber Tools: Malware, Ransomware, Botnet scripts, or DDoS attack tools.

• ❌ Fraudulent Material: Fake credentials or junk data intended to deceive buyers.

• ❌ Off-Platform Trading Deals: Inserting personal contact information (such as Telegram, Skype, Discord, WhatsApp, private emails, or external URLs) inside product descriptions or order chats to bypass BM88 Escrow is strictly forbidden.

📍 4. PENALTIES & ENFORCEMENT

• First/Minor Violation: Official warning and temporary Kiosk suspension for 24–48 hours.

• Severe / Repeated Fraud: Immediate permanent vendor account ban and permanent balance forfeiture associated with fraudulent activities.
